Bob Riddle Building R&R was started by Pat and Bob Riddle in 1991 after being in the real estate and appraisal industry since 1978. Bob and Pat partnered in their new business at that time to emphasize special personal relationships with their customers, suppliers and contractors to raise the standard for quality and value in new home construction.

      Both Bob and Pat derive a great deal of personal satisfaction in building each new home by removing the stress and worry of the process from their customers and providing them personal hands on detail work thru well thought out and purposeful planning. They devote the necessary time and personal attention each customer deserves.
